St Germain Superclinic was established by a group of visionary doctors who shared a commitment to expanding access to comprehensive and affordable healthcare services in the area. Our team of doctors upholds the highest professional standards and is dedicated to ongoing medical education, ensuring they stay at the forefront of the latest medical advancements. Notably, some of our doctors also play a role in shaping the next generation of medical professionals, serving as educators and mentors to aspiring young doctors.
Our purpose built facility is strategically located in the medical precinct building of St Germain Village, boasting 10 fully equipped consultation rooms, 3 treatment bays, and a procedure room. To enhance efficiency and accuracy, we utilise fully electronic systems for both clinical and practice management. For added convenience, we offer pathology services within the clinic, with an imaging service within the precinct and a pharmacy is situated in the adjacent retail building.
Pathology services are available within the clinic and an imaging service will be opening within the medical precinct in the near future.
A pharmacy is located in the adjacent retail building in the Village. There is ambulatory access and ample parking for patients.

Appointments
At St Germain Superclinic, we operate by appointment only to ensure efficient and personalised care for our patients. However, we understand that unexpected medical issues can arise, and we will endeavour to accommodate patients with urgent problems without an appointment, attending to them promptly.
To ensure we meet your individual needs, please note the following:
- Longer consultation times are available upon request.
- Interpreter services are available for all patients; please inform us when booking your appointment.
For your convenience, online bookings are now available! Simply visit our website to book an appointment with your preferred doctor at a time that suits you, without the need for a phone call.

Communication Policy
We use electronic means like SMS and email to:
- Send appointment reminders
- Inform you of any delays
- Issue recalls and reminders

Billing and Payment Information
At St Germain Superclinic, we offer bulk billing for patients with valid Medicare cards. Please note that:
- Patients without Medicare cards will incur consultation fees, which will be disclosed at check-in or during the consultation.
- Additional fees may apply for certain procedures / medical reports / examination, which will be discussed at check-in or during the consultation.
- Payment is due at the time of consultation.
We accept the following payment methods:

Telehealth Consultations
In response to Covid-19, our doctors now offer Telehealth consultations for eligible patients. To book a Telehealth appointment, simply select “Telephone Consultations” when booking online

To ensure comprehensive care and efficient service, our practice policy requires appointments for:
- Repeat prescriptions
- Referrals
- Follow-up of test results

Cancellation policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly request that you provide us with at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Additionally, if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no show), a $30 fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it enables us to accommodate other patients and maintain efficient service.
