Dr Mercy Jegan is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who completed her MBBS and holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of
General Practitioners (FRACGP).
After relocating to Australia, Mercy worked across several hospitals in Western Australia from 2016 to 2020, gaining broad clinical experience in a variety of settings. During this time, she developed expertise in paediatrics, including working at Perth Children’s Hospital.
Dr Mercy has special interests in paediatrics, women’s health, mental health, chronic disease management, and minor procedures. She is committed to providing holistic, patient-centred care and supporting her patients through all stages of life. Being multilingual, Mercy is fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhalese, enabling her to communicate effectively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and ensure they feel comfortable and understood.
Outside of medicine, Mercy enjoys travelling, cooking, and reading.
